Job summary

Avantara Clark is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and follow each resident’s care plan to promote safety and comfort.

You will lead care activities, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and advocate for residents while Upholding our standards and values in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active South Dakota LPN license is required.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and follow care plans.
• Strong assessment and bedside nursing skills.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect by administering medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, leading teams, and advocating for residents. Residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to stay comfortable and safe.
