Elm Wood Center in New Hampshire is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. We offer full-time, part-time and per diem positions with shifts 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 7am–7pm. We provide great benefits or 25% more pay in lieu of benefits.

Under the direction of an RN, LPNs deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and contribute to care planning. Must be a graduate of an approved program with active state licensure or pending licensure, plus BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range: USD $36.00 - USD $51.00 /Hr.
