Job summary

The Mariemont Care Center in Cincinnati, OH 45227 is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions across day, evening, night and weekend shifts. Under new management with a freshly renovated facility, we offer high staff-to-patient ratios and supportive leadership.

As an LPN, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document care while collaborating with RNs and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio (Required).
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities
