Job summary

Garden Park Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift from 7am to 7pm. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and supervise nursing staff.

The role requires an active Ohio LPN license with strong clinical and communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Long-term care experience and PointClickCare familiarity are preferred.
