Carlton at the Lake in Chicago, IL seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a compassionate, supportive care team. The facility holds Gold Seal of Approval and offers ventilator care, transitional and post-hospital rehabilitation, with a focus on safety and residents' well-being.

Responsibilities include administering medications and nursing care per care plans, conducting assessments, leading the clinical team, and advocating for residents.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license.
• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at The Carlton by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents.
