Job summary

Palm Springs Post Acute is seeking an LPN for part-time, PRN, and per diem shifts with daily pay. Scope includes 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7 options, with shift differential up to $3.00.

An all-inclusive hourly rate of $34–$42 is offered, plus benefits and a supportive team environment. Located in Palm Springs, this facility provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care guided by core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders and care plans.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.
