Job summary

Care Options for Kids in Pennsylvania is seeking an LPN for pediatric home health who can provide one-on-one care in the patient’s home. You will collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing services with consistency and compassion.

This role requires a PA LPN license, TB test, BLS CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Training for G-tube, trach, or vent care is available, and you will enjoy a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and CEU credits.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
• Follow and update plans of care with RN oversight.
• Maintain safety and PPE usage in each home visit.
