Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking skilled home health nurses to provide patient-centered care in Carmi, IL, in accordance with physician plans. Roles include evaluating conditions, recording charts, assisting with daily activities, and offering caregiver relief in a flexible schedule.
Open positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN hours with weekly pay, benefits, and 24/7 RN support. Active IL nursing license and CPR certification required.

- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
