Join our team to support patients at home, with 24/7 RN back-up and paid vacation options. IL nursing license and CPR certification are required to start.
Qualifications
- Active IL nursing license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
