Job summary

• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers per facility protocols.
• Educate patients and families on care instructions, medications, and health management.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition, escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment following regulatory standards.
