Complete Care at Green Knoll in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with a competitive pay rate and a supportive, family-focused environment.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide resident care.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:
