Join Parachute, LLC in Bellmead, TX is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Center Medical team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on donor health and safety and delivering a positive donor experience within a fast-growing plasma donation network.

You will screen donors, support center staff, maintain health logs, and participate in cross-training across center functions such as phlebotomy. Competitive pay, benefits, and a monthly bonus are included.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams

• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
