Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the relevant state.
• CPR, AED, BLS, and First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to care sites.
• Practical trach and ventilator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care according to prescribed plans and scope of practice.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, insulin, IV fluids, and perform wound care.
• Assess for injuries, infections, and other concerns, providing appropriate interventions.
• Work closely with providers and support staff to achieve quality patient care.
