CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care under supervision in a Florida facility. The LPN will maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, document in EHR/EMR, educate patients, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, physician orders, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients per established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Assist RNs or physicians with patient assessments and care planning.
• Collect specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and infection control measures.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising staff.
