Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. You will provide compassionate, personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being across all shifts.

Responsibilities include managing medications and supplies, delivering care plans, wound care, documenting care activities, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and valid LPN license in the State of New York.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
