Job summary

Genesis is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day shifts in a long-term care setting in Alabama. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to care planning.

This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered support for residents. The position includes administering medications and coordinating with unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Posted Salary Range USD $27.50 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
