Under the direction of the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing, you will collect data, implement the plan of care, supervise other staff when needed, and ensure proper documentation and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a basic educational program in practical (vocational) nursing.
• Current license to practice profession in state.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care to clients in long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Collect client data, observe, and report pertinent information.
• Implement the client plan of care and evaluate the client response.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other personnel in selected situations.
• Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements and equipment setup.
