Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse / LDRPN - LPN at Centers Health Care

Boro Park Center in Brooklyn, NY, is hiring a Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem shifts with a base rate of $35.38, plus an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Admit new Residents by collecting required information.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN State license in good standing with the State Registry.
