Job summary

Billet Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide home health care to geriatric patients on a 9-week episode framework. You will assess patient needs with an RN case manager and our Director of Nursing to ensure quality care, while traveling as needed.

We empower you to build your own schedule—visit 2–5 patients per day or fewer, as you set the pace during the first month. Typical visits run 45–60 minutes, with travel compensated within your territory.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Valid Driver License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• CPR or BLS Certification.
• Valid TB Test (skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years).

Responsibilities

Billet Health is looking for LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES who have the passion and heart for total patient care. Our team provides HOME HEALTH care to geriatric patients through a 9-week episode. As a LPN, you work to assess the patient needs and work with RN case manager and our Director of Nursing to ensure commitment to quality patient care, prepared to travel and have open availability to patients as needed.

We give our staff the freedom to build their schedules as they wish. As patients come on to service with Billet, you will be contacted by our staffing team who will offer you visit as coverage is needed. Your case load is entirely up to you. Whether you are a workaholic who wants to see 5 patients a day or 2-3 a week, across your first month you set the pace in which we assign work to you. Never do we set a time for you to see the patient, but you get to call and arrange your visits to what works for both you and the patient. Typical visits are between 45 to 60 minutes.

To be qualified for Home Health care, you must hold the following credentials:

• Active LPN License in the state of practice

This is care in a patients home or facility of which they reside. Pay rates are established for a 20 mile radius from your home and inclusive of travel; additional compensation may be offered on a patient by patient basis outside of your territory.
