The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) collaborates with the treatment team to provide direct patient care and skilled tasks under the supervision of a Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Registered Nurse. LPNs facilitate communication among healthcare team members, patients, and families.

Positions may be available on various shifts, including weekend programs and per diem options. Full-time positions are 36 or 40 hours per week; part-time less than 36 hours; per diem requires a minimum of 2 shifts/month. All positions require the ability to complete initial orientation and unit-specific training.
New or experienced candidates are welcomed. Orientation is individualized for all areas. Maintain current BLS certification. Graduate of an accredited Pennsylvania nursing school with a current Pennsylvania license.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, pull, crouch, reach, crawl, handle objects, and perceive attributes through touch and vision, as detailed in the original description.
