Job summary

Halifax Health ExpressCare is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct hospice patient care across multiple settings under the supervision of an RN in Kissimmee, FL. You will participate in 24/7 coverage with day, night, weekend, and holiday assignments, and travel within assigned areas as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida LPN license, BLS and IV certification, and at least 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing or equivalent, with hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LPN license required.
• BLS and IV certification per department requirement.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical nursing or equivalent.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to hospice patients under RN supervision.
• Support diverse teams and shifts including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
