Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed RN to provide skilled nursing services in patients’ homes, following physician orders and the plan of care. You will educate patients and families and work with the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in the appropriate state, have CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
