Job summary

Medi Home Health & Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve Richlands, Tazewell, and Bluefield, VA areas. Provide in-home, skilled nursing care under RN supervision to support patient independence and reduce hospital visits.

Requires completion of an accredited practical nursing program, Virginia LPN license, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred). Competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

Hourly Range: $27.00 – $31.00

We're currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing home health team, serving patients throughout the Richlands, Tazewell, and Bluefield, VA communities.

As a Home Health LPN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients’ recovery and independence. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you'll provide skilled, hands‑on nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home—helping to reduce hospital visits and promote better health outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
