MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide nursing care to inmates at the Horry County Detention Center under the direction of a registered nurse. This full-time position features 12-hour night shifts and 40 hours per week in a secure correctional healthcare setting.
Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program with SC LPN licensure (or compact). A current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Under the direction of a registered nurse, the LPN is responsible for all identified nursing care behaviors during their tour of duty and participates in the care of a defined patient population within a secure correctional healthcare environment.
