First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA in Hampton Roads is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team. This role offers competitive pay and flexibility with per diem scheduling, plus same-day or next-day pay options.

Requirements include active LPN license, 1 year facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and recent PPD. You will provide nursing care, administer meds, document patient information, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
