First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA in Hampton Roads is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team. We offer competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling.

Per diem work across the Hampton Roads area with same-day or next-day pay options. Requirements include an active LPN license, at least one year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, a recent PPD, and the ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Competenze

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements
