Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its interdisciplinary team in Washington. The LPN will deliver quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs as part of a strong multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current during employment.

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws and regulations.
