PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our inpatient nursing team. The role involves providing nursing care under the supervision of an RN, gathering data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate manner.

Qualified candidates hold current LPN/LVN licensure in Indiana (or compact licensure), maintain BLS certification, and may need IV certification within 90 days per state

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required and must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• IV Certification within 90 days of employment if state regulations require it.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate manner.
