Qualifications

• LPN license is required.
• Compassionate and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health, vital signs and responses.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care, daily living support.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Ensure care complies with regulations and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
