Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospitals of Miamisburg is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our inpatient medical-surgical team in Ohio. The role supports nursing care under an RN, gathering data, carrying out orders, and delivering therapy per policy.

Requirements include current LPN/LVN license in the state, BLS certification, and IV certification if required by state rules. Prior inpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required. BLS must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care under the direction of an RN on the unit.
• Gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures as age-appropriate.
