PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Miamisburg in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide nursing care under an RN on the unit, including data gathering, carrying out orders, and therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate, policy-driven manner per PAM Health policies.

Candidates should hold an active LPN/LVN license in Ohio (or compact), current BLS (AHA approved within 90 days), and IV certification if required; inpatient medical-surgical experience is a plus.

Formación

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification required. BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• The LVN/LPN provides nursing care under the direction of an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gathers and reports data, carries out orders, and performs therapeutic procedures.
• Performs duties in an age- and population-appropriate manner per PAM Health policies.
