Job summary

FutureCare Health & Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland to support care planning and treatments under RN supervision. You will assist with resident care, document changes, and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines while collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

Active LPN license issued in Maryland.
1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Review resident records to ensure practice aligns with guidelines.
Document care and report changes to shift supervisor.
Review referrals for consultation or treatment as documented in nurse plans.
