Incompass Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee nursing care and medical documentation for program participants, under RN supervision.
The role requires an active MA LPN license, at least one year working with the elderly, children, or developmentally disabled individuals, and strong communication skills. The position is on-site with a schedule Sunday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Summary
Monitors the health, safety and well being of participants in the Residential system. Incumbent is responsible for overseeing and managing the medical and health care of program participants including providing direct nursing care. Incumbent reports issues to appropriate persons and handles emergencies according to Incompass Human Services and other applicable agencies guidelines. Incumbent must comply with applicable regulatory documentation and standards in the performance of nursing duties.
This position meets the regulatory requirements set forth in 130 CMR 419.426(G) for Licensed Practical Nurses and is directly supervised by an RN as required.
This is a bargaining unit position.
