Job summary

Evergreen Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The position features new increased wages of $30.00–$40.25 per hour and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.

Under supervision, the LPN provides patient nursing care via assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. New graduates are welcome with hands-on training and ongoing support, and you must hold an active LPN license

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsibilities
