Birch Hill Health Service's, part of North Shore Health, seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. You will provide patient-centered nursing care under supervision, perform assessments, administer medications, and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The role requires an active LPN license and CPR, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to meet health requirements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification are required.

• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care for residents/patients.
• Administer medications and document care delivered.
• Communicate effectively and maintain health requirements.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
