Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 12-hour shifts, wages up to $35.50 per Hour

Position Overview

Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, the LPN provides care, assumes responsibility for residents/patients, and coordinates, implements, and evaluates care plans. The LPN manages the environment to ensure safety, supervises care activities of nursing assistants, and follows all policies and procedures as per the State Nurse Practice Act.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law
• Positive, effective communication with residents, families, staff, and community members
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English; basic computer skills
