Wages up to $35 an hour based on shift and experience.

Shift differentials: $.75 PM & $1 NOC

Job Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, the LPN performs as a licensed caregiver, responsible for the care of assigned residents/patients during a shift. Responsibilities include coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the resident’s/patient’s plan of care, managing the environment to ensure safety, supervising nursing assistants, and following all policies and procedures as per the State Nurse Practice Act.

Required Education and Experience

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and staff
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English; basic computer skills with aptitude to learn company applications
