• Perform as a licensed caregiver under RN supervision, responsible for assigned residents/patients during your shift.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate residents'/patients' care plans.
• Manage the environment to ensure safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure adherence to standards of care.
• Follow all policies and procedures, complying with the State Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
