Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Wages are up to $36.50/hr based on experience. Ask about our REFERRAL BONUS!

Under supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, the LPN performs as a licensed caregiver, responsible for assigned residents/patients during a shift. Responsibilities include coordinating, implementing, and evaluating care plans, ensuring safety, and supervising nursing assistants. Adheres to all policies and procedures and follows the State Nurse Practice Act.

Required Education and Experience
  • Licensed in Wisconsin as an LPN
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to use supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
  • Ability to calculate drug dosages
  • Meet all health requirements by law
  • Positive, effective communication with residents, families, staff, and community members
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn company applications
