Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor health conditions and ensure quality services.
• Administer medications and document accurately.
• Provide medical treatment per physician orders and ISP plans.
• Conduct health assessments and respond to condition changes.
• Train staff on safety, infection control, and med administration.
• Coordinate with medical providers and external agencies.
• Educate individuals served on medication use and sex education/STD prevention.
