Job summary

Wisconsin Dells Health Services, a North Shore Health community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. New graduates are encouraged to apply; hands-on training and ongoing support are provided.

Earn $31.00–$36.50 per hour with pay based on experience and shift. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across all shifts, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, a Licensed Practical Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift.
• Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
