Job summary
The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care under the licensed scope of practice. You will support healthcare teams across facilities, administering meds, collecting data, and coordinating care.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Recent PPD test within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collect and document patient information.
- Provide wound care and patient education.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
