Job summary

Spring Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, part of Focus Health Network, is seeking a Full Time LPN for night shift (11p-7a) in our Pittsburgh area facility. You will support nursing staff, supervise Nurse Aides, administer treatments, and ensure adherence to patient care policies and safety standards.

We value teamwork, compassion, and the ability to perform under pressure. A PA LPN license and successful background check are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, team-oriented caregiver with strong communication.
• Able to perform under pressure and maintain patient safety.
• LPN license in good standing with PA authorities.

What is your role? LPN responsibilities include:

• Supervise Nurse Aides

• Maintain and work within the established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
