Shift(s):2nd and 3rd Shifts
Starting Pay: $27.00 and up, depending on experience(Additional shift differentials apply for ALL shifts including weekends)

As an LPN at Friends Homes, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Record patients' medical history accurately and monitor their condition.
Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.).
Observe patients for progress, side effects of medications, and general well-being.
Assist with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing.
Administer injections, prescribed medications, and other basic medical care tasks.
Clean and dress wounds, collect lab samples, and provide emotional and psychological support.
Communicate with patients’ families to provide updates and comfort.
Required:
Proven experience as an LPN
Licensed Nurse (LPN) in the State of NC
Strong understanding of nursing best practices and hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and able to handle stress
Proficient in MS Office and data entry
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation.
