Harmony Senior Services in Nashville is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality nursing care in an assisted living setting. You will coordinate medical, social, and nutritional needs, follow physician orders, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining resident safety and dignity.

You will work as part of a team, respond to emergencies, and participate in resident activities, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Execute medication management plan and report changes to physician.
• Conduct continuous assessments and update care plans.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care.
