Centurion seeks a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Smith State Prison in Glennville, GA. The role focuses on holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients under RN supervision, with opportunities to respond to diverse health needs.

We offer solid compensation up front and a broad benefits package; 3 shifts per week, day shift, and rotating weekends. CPR certification, LPN license, and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical/psychiatric staff supervision.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medication administration within scope of practice.
