Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or Assistant Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and oversees the delivery of quality nursing care to our senior residents. The LPN supports the Registered Nurse, serves as a charge nurse when assigned, administers medications and treatments, and helps ensure each resident receives compassionate, person-centered care.
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate LPN who takes pride in providing excellent care to older adults. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, comfortable providing leadership, able to respond calmly during emergencies, and committed to treating every resident with dignity and respect.
Normal resident units in a long-term, geriatric health care facility.
