Mosaic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the FLOAT POOL to join our team!
In this role, you will assist individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in achieving their best possible health. Responsibilities include advocacy with healthcare providers, administering medications and injections, monitoring health status, and communicating changes to the support team.

What you’ll do:
* Provide nursing support and consultation following the Nurse Practice Act and physician orders
* Ensure routine and preventative health services and medication administration are completed accurately
* Provide health education to individuals served and staff
* Maintain and review electronic healthcare records, ensuring accurate documentation and updating agency leaders
* Build effective relationships with colleagues, individuals served, their families, and providers
Schedule: 8-hour shifts in Beatrice and 12-hour shifts in Omaha, up to 24 hours per week, working at least 24 hours quarterly. No holiday or weekend hours required, no on-call. Travel to Omaha may be required; agency vehicle provided.
