Job summary

Andover Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Andover, OH is seeking compassionate RN professionals to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a 99-bed skilled nursing facility with private rooms.

RNs work under the Care Manager, ensure patient and family needs are met, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with safety and operating procedures in a complex care setting including on-site dialysis and ventilator care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio RN license.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Competency in information technology.
• Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family information.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• RN will provide quality nursing care to patients and family needs; work under the direction of the Care Manager.
• Care setting is a skilled nursing care facility.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety guidelines.
