Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in New Jersey. This role focuses on pediatric and adult care, delivering high-quality, compassionate, and reliable home health services to clients in their homes.

The LPN will provide one-on-one care with flexible scheduling, travel to client homes, and documentation of orders and observations, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Education

• Days, Evenings, and Overnights needed
